Portabello mushrooms
Phillidelphia cheese
Blue Stilton
Smoked streaky Bacon lardons
Fresh Garlic
freshly baked baguette
Pork & Tomato Sausage (local farm produce from their very best porkers)
Crush Garlic and add to philli, add bacon, and stuff mushrooms with mix, Grate or cut thin lumps of stilton and chuck on top, place a small knob of butter with a touch of garlic into a baking tray (the type you do small individual cakes in) and place the mushrooms over, bake in oven until cooked,
Grill or oven bake the sausage.
Serve it all up with buttered Baguette.
And to round it all off, knock back a few glasses of wine, preferably German (Bernkastel)
Gonna knock it up and sample for tonights vittels, (for the posh people that should read Dinner)
